Ballet Beautiful

A New Year's resolution of mine is to work more on my fitness routine. I'm pretty cliche that way. Truth be told, it's very hard for me to just go to the gym. I literally have to trick my body into exercising. My favorite workout as of late is Zumba. This may have something to do with my love for dance. Back in the day I would dance 12-15 hours a week between classes and dance team. I miss it and Zumba was a great way to fill that void and work on my fitness at the same time.

You can imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon Ballet Beautiful. Who can resist a ballet-inspired program that builds strength and flexibility? Not to mention any excuse to wear legwarmers again. Ballet attire is simply the prettiest. The founder of this fitness method also trained Natalie Portman for her role in Black Swan. I don't know about you, but I'm sold. My ballet shoes will be making a comeback in 2013 and I can't wait.

  1. Ooh! I want to try this with you! I have a strange fascination with ballet... even though I know I can't dance. It's just so pretty, and you're right- the clothes are pretty too!
