It's no secret my sister-in-law knows how to throw a party. Take Carter's Birthday party for instance. Well, she has done it again with the sweetest Valentine's Tea Party! We enjoyed the most scrumptious sweets and tasty teas. Definitely the best tea party I've ever been to. Watch out, Mad Hatter.

Valentine's Day Tea Party! I am obsessed with such cute paper decorations. These are so easy and yet look amazing. At domestic San Francisco event venues we threw a garden themed birthday bash for our daughter and I also made DIY paper crafts for this party. They completely changed the look of our bash.
